This page provides information about our forthcoming events, all of which do require pre-booking and for the duration of Covid-19 are open to members only.
We normally include an allowance for gratuities, where appropriate, in our prices.
The first section shows the current events for which bookings can be made now via any committee member (contact information provided in the latest Club Newsletter) or via the form on the 'Contact Us' page.
Please note any 'last booking date' shown for an event, if none is shown then we need to receive bookings a minimum of 7 days before the function.
Driving directions to the venue and a road map will normally be added about 10 days before each event.
The final section contains advance information about future events which are still in the planning stage - details may change - significantly!
We normally aim to run 12 to 14 events during the year,
due to Covid-19 events are currently very limited and numbers
at each event are restricted.
The Members Only restriction is relaxed
from the end of September and members may
now bring family members and friends to events as guests.
We are not yet accepting bookings directly from non-members.
Events may be subject to change or cancellation at short notice
according to government rules regarding Covid-19.
Car Treasure Hunt /
followed by lunch.
We will start with coffee at
'Bar Baccus / Porches Pottery'
on the eastbound EN125 near Porches.
Arrivals, Registration and Coffee from 10:00
first departures 10:30.
The Treasure Hunt is planned to take about 1 1/2 hours
It is NOT a race
Each car must have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 occupants

The three teams solving the most clues along the route
will win a prize plus hold one of the silver cups
until the next Treasure Hunt
Tasty English Lunch expected at 12:30 at
Al Pacino's Blues Bar
Roast Beef or Turkey
Roast Potatoes, Carrots,
Cauliflower Cheese, Broccoli,
Yorkshire Pudding, Peas & Gravy
The ‘pièce de résistance’ is Apple Crumble!

The bar will be open, any pre or post-lunch
drinks are not included in the price.
More details will be sent to those registering to take part.
When you book please give us a fun name for your team.
(Team names and scores will be published here)
Price is €20 per person for lunch with or without
taking part in the Treasure Hunt.
Note that the committee do not have any information
regarding the route etc, this is known only to the two planners.
