This page provides information about our forthcoming events, all of which do require pre-booking and for the duration of Covid-19 are open to members only.
We normally include an allowance for gratuities, where appropriate, in our prices.
The first section shows the current events for which bookings can be made now via any committee member (contact information provided in the latest Club Newsletter) or via the form on the 'Contact Us' page.
Please note any 'last booking date' shown for an event, if none is shown then we need to receive bookings by 7 days before the function.
Driving directions to the venue and a road map will normally be added about 10 days before each event.
The final section contains advance information about future events which are still in the planning stage - details may change - significantly!
We normally aim to run five or six events during the Autumn,
due to Covid-19 this year will be more limited and numbers
at each event will be restricted.
All events will remain as Members Only and
may be subject to change or cancellation at short notice
according to government rules regarding Covid-19.

Due to Covid-19 limitations we will hold
TWO Christmas meals on the same day
LUNCH (12:30 for 1:00) and DINNER (6:30 for 7:00)
each will be limited to 22 people
(including Santa who has been invited to both)
SORRY - but within just 75 hours from sending out
the Newsetter BOTH functions were fully booked!
Note - we are maintaining a 'stand-by' list,
if interested in getting on the list please
contact the Chairman, if there is sufficient
extra demand we might be able to organise
an extra lunch.
Each of our events will commence with a welcome drink:
Glass of Rosé wine Quinta do Barradas
with homemade pate canapés.
Bread, butter, carrot salad with olives, homemade cheese crackers
and beetroot crème.
Smoked salmon with dill dip and strawberry salad. Or
Homemade Pumpkin soup with chestnut and ginger. Or
Goat cheese tart with figs in Moscatel.
Fried fish fillet with capers, lemon and garlic. Or
Mediterranean lamb with raspberry. Or
Turkey with sage and onion stuffing and mini sausages.
All served with sweet potato mash,
house potato (fried with onion and garlic in olive oil),
rice and roasted vegetables with rosemary.
Clementine mousse with mango sorbet. Or
Christmas Pudding and brandy custard.
Coffee, served with mince pie.
Red, White and Rosé wines, water, soft drinks.
